2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse.

Perishable goods (like fresh produce, dairy, or meat) unless damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Refund

In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for your preferred refund method (bank transfer or store credit).
